Traffic Warning Trailer Product - Project Features TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Mechanical Properties - Dimensions are manufactured in accordance with highway standards. - Traffic Warning Trailer closed dimensions are 1700x2500x1650h mm (can be manufactured in different dimensions upon request) - Traffic Warning Trailer The clear height of the signal transmitter is 2900mm. - The profiles used, static calculations have been made, and wind resistance calculations and carrier contraction calculations are manufactured considering all adverse conditions. - The axle system has been adjusted considering the trailer empty and full calculations. The axles used do not consist of a straight profile and hub, but are suspended with a torsion system. - The drawbar used in the trailer is certified in accordance with the non-motorized vehicles regulation. - There is a jockey wheel at the front of the Traffic Warning Trailer, which allows it to move independently of the vehicle. - There are 2 jacks at the back to fix the Traffic Warning Trailer to the working area. - Trailer signal transmitter lifting drive system is equipped with a hand windlass and shock absorbers with 1700N power as standard. (Optionally, automatic lifting can be done with a hydraulic or electric actuator.) - The signs on the traffic warning trailer are made of Type4 reflective material in accordance with highway standards.
Electrical Properties; - Traffic Warning Trailers are manufactured as 12V as standard, but can also be manufactured as 24V upon request. - Accumulator used is 12V 60Ah as standard (72Ah or 90Ah can also be used upon request) - There are 15 200mm yellow and 2 300mm white strobe lights on the illuminated trailer. - Yellow strobe lights contain 15 3W power LEDs. - There are 21 3W power LEDs in the white flashing lights. - Strobe light body and glasses are made of polycarbonate material. - Strobe lights and control box have IP67 sealing feature. - Light Trailer System control card is microcontroller based. Guarantee; The Traffic Warning Trailers we produce are under our warranty of 1 year for the Electronic part and 2 years for the Mechanical part against manufacturing defects. Optional Features; - Traffic Warning Trailers can optionally be manufactured with Solar Energy. - Camera recording and remote monitoring systems can be installed on Traffic Warning Trailers upon request. - Traffic Warning Trailer Signal transmitter part can be done with a single button with automatic lifting system upon request. - By adding work area lighting projections to Traffic Warning Trailers, the same product can be used both to direct traffic and to illuminate work areas.
